Not confirmed information! Description: More people are taking refugee to nearest shelter as flooding worsened in Kampung Melayu area in East Jakarta, a shelter coordinator said Friday. Edi Patinara, a refugee and logistic coordinator at Bioskop Nusantara shelter, told tempointeraktif.com that 51 more people have taken refuge a the shelter as flood water from the overflowing Ciliwung River reached 150 centimeters high on Friday morning. He said there were a total of 479 refugee at the shelter. Hundreds of people have sought refuge after floodwater since Saturday. The Jakarta administration had warned residents living along river banks in Rawajati, Kalibata, Pengadegan, Kebon Baru and Bidaracina in South Jakarta and Kampung Melayu, Bukit Duri and Jati Pinggir in East Jakarta of the flood.
