Description: A goods train carrying ammonia gas derailed near Kampung Guar Station Dalam near here forcing two families to flee their homes. The incident which occured at 4.30pm yesterday caused the gas from four containers to leak. Firemen and four engines together with Hazmat personnel arrived at the scene 20 minutes later and cordoned off the area. No one was injured. One of the villagers, Mohd Desa Said he was sleeping outside his house when he saw a mynah bird fell in front of him. The bird was covered in white powdery substance and he smelled something pungent. "The next thing I know, the air was just too pungent. I dont know where the smell came from but family members and five other people in the neighbourhood immediately fled the kampung.
