Research Blvd Austin Situation: An IRS building with 199 employees burst in flames after a man intentiolnally stole and crash the small single-engine into the building in northwest Austin, Texas at 10 a.m. Firefighters said that they have made several rescues, but they do not have the amount of unaccounted victims of this incident. The crash happened near MoPac street and Highway 183. Witnesses said that the plane did not appear to have any trouble. The building is located at 9420 Research Blvd and since the incident is being evacuated while local reporters and correspondents are broadcasting the whole incident alive.
