Description: Wind has knocked out power to about 4,000 customers in the Magnolia neighborhood Monday morning. The outage was reported about 7:30 a.m. and crews were en route to investigate. According to the National Weather Service, winds were 20 to 30 mph overnight, with gusts to 40 mph. The boundaries of the power outage are West Fort Street, West Galer Street, 15th Avenue West and Puget Sound. Seattle City Light has no estimated time when power will be restored. Meanwhile, the National Weather Service said the weather will turn colder this week, and lows could be in the 30s. Some higher areas could even see snow flurries.
