NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stock index futures fell on Tuesday as the dollar firmed and an official Chinese newspaper confirmed the nation's central bank increased its required reserve ratio for six banks.

Pfizer to buy King Pharma for $3.6 billion in cash

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Pfizer Inc reached a deal to buy drugmaker King Pharmaceuticals Inc for $3.6 billion in cash, aiming to boost revenue before it loses patent protection on some of its top-selling treatments.
