NEW YORK (Reuters) - Investigators combed through security video and other evidence on Monday in the hunt for suspects in a failed car bombing in New York's Times Square and officials expressed optimism that the culprits will be found.

BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva on Monday played down the risk of more violence during anti-government protests, saying he would soon unveil a "road map" to end a two-month standoff that has killed 27 people.
