SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korea's number two leader has told former President Jimmy Carter that the reclusive state is committed to denuclearizing the peninsula and resuming six-way talks, the North's state news agency said on Friday.

CIUDAD VICTORIA, Mexico (Reuters) - A car bomb exploded in the northern Mexican city of Ciudad Victoria early on Friday outside a studio of top broadcaster Televisa, but there were no injuries, Mexican media and witnesses said.
