Not confirmed information! Description: The mayor's office of the City of Lebanon has declared a snow emergency, banning parking on designated snow emergency routes. The only exception is the southside of Mifflin Street, between 9th and 10th Streets. Free parking is available on all metered city parking lots - and only city lots with parking meters - for the duration of the snow emergency. Snow emergency routes in the city are Quentin Rd. from Duke St. to Cornwall Rd., 12th St. from Cumberland St. to Walnut St., 10th St. from Maple St. to Quentin Rd., 9th St. from Cornwall Rd. to Maple St., 8th St. from Orange St. to Maple St., Lincoln Ave. from Walnut St. to Maple St., 5th Ave. from Walnut St. to Cumberland St., Maple St. from 9th St. to 10th St., Lehman St. from 14th to Lincoln Ave., Cumberland St. from 16th to 5th Ave., Walnut St., from 12th to 5th Ave., Orange St. from 8th St. to Cornwall Rd., Cornwall Rd. from Quentin Rd. to Orange St., 5th St. from Cumberland to Walnut, and Mifflin St. from 9th to 10th St. Violators will be subject to fines. Although it is not a snow emergency route, the mayor's office advised person parking on Maple Street from Lincoln Avenue to 9th Street to remove their cars, as snow plows will frequently pass through their area.
