Description: A 19-year-old man has been bitten by a shark off the central Queensland coast. Emergency services say he was diving at Lamont Reef, off Herron Island, when his forearm was bitten at about 7:45am (local time) today. He was taken by dingy to Herron Island and then flown to Rockhampton. The Royal Flying Doctor Service has taken him to a Brisbane hospital. Emergency Services say he is in a stable condition.
