Description: Fourteen people were killed and 23 other were seriously wounded last friday in a car accident in Menongue, southeastern Kuando Kubango province, a local government source told Angop today. According to the source drink-driving and over speeding were to blame for the accident on St Valentine's eve, while dozens youngsters were celebrating on the road after leaving a local bar cia. Many of the wounded victims are in urgent need for evacuation to specialized clinics in Luanda. The Kuando Kubango provincial government has sent messages of condolences to relatives of the victims and created conditions for the funerals.
