It was warmest ? 23.6°C in Veliko Tarnovo. It was 22°C in Shoumen, northeastern Bulgaria and Varna on the Black Sea coast where it has not been so warm on this day since 1977. The warm weather in the weekend drove people into the parks. This evening, though, is expected to bring in clouds and rains, meteorologists forecast.
