Description: At least 13 people have been killed and several others wounded in different parts of northwest Pakistan due to heavy rains and snow. In one incident in Hari Pur town, at least four people were killed as the roof of their house collapsed due to torrential rains on Tuesday. In Alpuri tehsil of Shangla district, another four people lost their lives also as a result of a roof collapse on Tuesday. In Battagram tehsil of Allai, two men died when their avalanche-hit van skidded off into a gorge on Tuesday. Another person died In the Kohistan district, and two more perished in the Hazara division as a result of weather-related incidents. All land links in Chittral have been cut off, severely disrupting normal life in the entire area as the frosty weather is assuming tremendous proportions.
