Situation:

There are serious signs of a toxic red tide on the Atacama region coast. Health authorities came forward to confirm that an unidentified woman was hospitalized in Caldera last Tuesday with symptoms of red tide poisoning. The victim had been consuming sea food that was allegedly infected with toxic bacteria. Miguel Hormazábal, Sanitary Action Chief for the region of Atacama, declared to Radio Cooperativa in reaction to doubtful arguments that “There is no such thing as a closed-season situation. We are closing the whole fishing area down. This situation will probably last for a month or so according to previous experience in the matter.
