Description: Authorities in China's Hunan Province said a fire that spread through a shopping street killed seven people and injured six others. A Chaling County government spokesman said the fire was first reported at a five-story building on Yunyang Commercial Street in Chengguan Township at 4:45 a.m. Tuesday. The spokesman said the fire spread to several nearby residential buildings before it was brought under control by firefighters. Authorities said an 8-year-old child was among those killed by the fire. The county spokesman said the cause of the fire had not yet been determined Tuesday.
