Healthcare bill clears second Senate hurdle

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Senate Democrats cleared the second of three 60-vote hurdles on President Barack Obama's healthcare overhaul on Tuesday, moving the landmark legislation one step closer to passage by Christmas.
