Description: Rescue workers are searching for survivors after a civilian helicopter with four people on board crashed into iced-over water in the Oslo fjord off southeastern Norway. Norway Central Rescue spokesman Einar Knudsen says the organization has dispatched boats and divers to the crash site. Knudsen says it's unclear what caused the helicopter to go down Wednesday in foggy weather 500 feet (150 meters) off Horten, a town an hour south of Oslo. He says two Robinson-44 model helicopters were on their way to Oslo after an afternoon flight down the fjord when one crashed. Knudsen says the helicopters are owned by Midtnorsk Helicopter Service _ a company that organizes sightseeing trips among other things _ but says he doesn't know the purpose of Wednesday's flight.
