Description: Sixteen people were killed and 11 injured when a bus and a truck collided in east China's Shandong Province Tuesday evening. The accident occurred at 5 p.m local time when a long-distance bus and a truck collided in Jining City, killing five on the spot. Eleven people died in hospital and the condition of nine passengers are said to be serious. The provincial government is investigating the cause of the accident.
