Situation:

A sightseeing bus with 46 people on board crashed through the center divider on an expressway in Shibukawa, Gunma Prefecture, on Saturday, injuring 33 people. Two female passengers suffered broken hips, while the others on board sustained slight injuries, police said. The police are questioning the 35-year-old bus driver on suspicion of causing injury while driving a vehicle. In the accident, which occurred around 10:45 a.m. on the Kan-Etsu Expressway, the bus plowed through the center divider and strayed into the outbound lane, where it avoided hitting any oncoming vehicles.
