Description: A police commander in Uganda says landslides in the country's east have killed more than 30 people and left more than 100 missing. Joel Aguma says the landslides occurred overnight about 170 miles (275 kilometers) east of the capital, Kampala, in the mountainous region of Bududa. Police and rescuers headed to the site early Tuesday. The Bududa region has long suffered from landslides.
